Apparently the huge amounts of #protein I’ve been eating at Platts are paying off. I wasn’t consistently hitting my protein allotment at home due to financial issues and laziness. #healthycollegelifestyle The all you can eat dining halls are a great resource for #intermittentfasting on #campus. I use “Dining Dollars” for #coffee and small #salad or #fruit during the day and between classes. Then I workout in the afternoon and hit the dining hall shortly thereafter with friends, during which time I load up on 2-4 plates of food πŸ˜¬πŸ˜›. I only have 150 swipes for the dining hall so I gotta be frugal and intermittent fasting is definitely pulling through on this one! (at SUNY Plattsburgh)
#HealthyCollegeLifestyle Hangover Brunch. Jk I didn’t get THAT drunk last night, but a girl’s gotta go out on the first Friday night of the semester!  I got my #protein covered with 3 #hardboiledeggs + some cottage cheese sprinkled with #almonds. I filled the rest of my plate with #raw #veg from the salad bar and cantaloupe on my cottage cheese. This dining hall allows you to take one piece of fruit out of the hall so I opted for banana which I’ll freeze and use in a #proteinshake later. #nom. And #coffee, duh.
#picstitch #healthycollegelifestyle That donut fueled a great squat session yesterday during which I landed 125x6 and 130x4 with LEGITIMATE #asstograss form. The last time I attempted such weight, I was probably pulling #halfsquats due to poor mobility. It’s so important to break down complex, full body movements into their component parts and master those before outing it all together, especially under heavy loads. 
Proper Squat Form:

πŸ‘ŒToes turned out slightly if necessary (5-30 degrees)
πŸ‘ŒSit your butt back and focus on keeping your weight in the heels
πŸ‘ŒFlare your knees to the side, tracking over your toes or even outside the edge of your feet — this makes room for your hips to reach full extension. 
It’s obviously harder to move weight through a wider range of motion, therefore, lighten up the weight until your form has improved before loading that shit on.
